A Week Of Operation, Pondok Rajeg Station Serves More Than 8,000 KRL Users
JAKARTA - PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) or KAI Commuter noted that since returning to operation and serving up and down Commuter Line users starting last week, the volume of users who went up and down at Pondok Rajeg Station reached 8,000 people.
VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter Joni Martinus said the station, which was operated again after 18 years of non-operation, became an alternative departure station as well as a destination for the community around the Jatimulya, Cilodong, and Depok areas.
Exactly a week of operation, from 19 to 26 October yesterday, a total of 8,345 Commuter Line users were recorded. Meanwhile, 4,309 users who boarded from this station and 4,036 people who disembarked at Pondok Rajeg Station, "he said in an official statement, Monday, October 28.
Joni said that on average on weekdays, the volume of users who rose from Pondok Rajeg Station was 560 people and 524 users who disembarked at this station.
In addition, Joni also said that his party noted an increase in the average volume of users who rose from Pondok Rajeg Station at the end of this week's holiday compared to last week.

"It was recorded an increase of 24 percent or as many as 578 people compared to the average last weekend, which was 467 people," he said.
Joni also explained that Pondok Rajeg Station serves 24 Commuter Line trips for the Nambo connection and the destination of Jakarta City every day, from 05.10 WIB to 22.05 WIB. The service facilities have also been equipped, such as waiting areas, counters, lactation rooms, prayer rooms, disabled toilets, and 5 electronic gate units to serve tap in-out users.
