"Yes, at this time the arrangement for the occupancy of ASN has not been carried out, yes, it has not been regulated," he said.
However, Iwan can confirm that there are still costs that will be borne by ASN. Starting from electricity to gas costs.
"But I convey that related to this occupancy, there are costs that must be borne, it must be borne first. What must be spent is electricity, water, gas costs. Of course there is a joint management fee like that, yes," he added.
The Ministry of Public Works targets that the construction of 47 flat towers (Rusun) for ASN-Hankam will be completed in December 2024.

Previously, as many as 14 ASN residential flat towers in IKN, East Kalimantan, had been completed and fully furnished in September 2024.
At that time, Basuki Hadimuljono, who served as Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), said that as many as 14 flat towers could already be utilized by ASN.
"There are 14 ASN flat towers that have been completed and fully furnished," said Basuki, quoted on Thursday, September 12.
