Apple Vision Pro Guest Mode May Be Controllable Through IPhone

JAKARTA - Guest mode on the Apple Vision Pro can be controlled immediately via the iPhone, according to a code found on iOS 18.2. Currently, the settings process for the Apple Vision Pro is entirely done on the device itself. Once the guest mode is enabled and the device like the user's iPhone is selected to display the display, all other controls are lost.

Currently, the guest mode settings are quite troublesome, as once the headset is removed, all controls are locked in the set settings. If the display is allowed to be reflected into the iPhone, all you can see is a full screen interface with the "x" button and no other options.

Apple hasn't released beta forvisionOS 2.2, so there's no way to test if this feature is available or if the code is preparation for future releases.

By leveraging its ecosystem, Apple is trying to make Apple Vision Pro more accessible and distributed. Rumors say that Apple may launch a more mainstream model in early 2026, so they have time to solve some of these issues.
