Many Javanese Dialogues, Marthino Lio Guided By Pritt Timothy In Musan Musyrik Film

JAKARTA - Marthino Lio plays Nugie in the film Sina Musyrik. Nugie is told as a young man who is in debt because he has to pay for his family.

However, because of the debt, Nugie was caught in musyrik sins. Initially, Nugie (Marthino Lio) was in debt to heal his mother. Urged by debt to despair, Nugie was forced to take his mother who was seriously ill to a magic shaman, Mbah Narto.

Seeing Mbah Narto's treasure, Nugie was tempted to get it by stealing. But poor, what he got wasn't money, but the shaman's sacred Keris. Since then, Nugie had to face the terror of Ni Larapati

This film uses a lot of Javanese dialogue from mantra to conversation. Luckily, Marthino Lio was guided by Pritt Timothy who played Mbah Narto.

"We shot it in Jogja. Om Pritt Timothy is very helpful in memorizing and understanding Javanese language dialogue," said Marthino Lio when met in South Jakarta, Thursday, October 24.

In addition, several players who are originally Jogja also made the shooting atmosphere very thick with Javanese culture. "So it doesn't matter, it's really compact when shooting," he said.
