Encourage Adventure Tourism In Indonesia, DXI Exhibition Returns Next Year
JAKARTA A special interest-based tourism trend in Indonesia shows rapid growth. In addition to increasing the number of domestic and foreign tourists, this trend also contributes positively to the national economy.
Responding to this development, Dyandra Event Solutions again held a prestigious exhibition that focuses on adventure lifestyles and outdoor activities, namely DXI 2025.
This event is scheduled to take place on May 2-4, 2025 at Hall B, the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC). With the theme ARETOXPLORE: Extreme Beauty Indonesia, DXI invites adventure lovers to explore Indonesia's natural wealth from a unique and challenging perspective.
Michael Bayu A. Sumarijanto, President Director of Dyandra Event Solutions, stated that DXI aims to become a bridge between Indonesian adventure lovers and natural beauty.
"In this 17th year, DXI is committed to introducing Indonesia from a bolder and more challenging point of view, where natural beauty synergizes with adrenaline through various adventure activities," he said at a press conference held in Jakarta, recently.
Michael also added, DXI's main goal is not only to advance the outdoor tourism industry and extreme sports, but also to encourage Indonesia as the main destination for outdoor tourism. In addition, we want to play a role in equitable tourism development throughout Indonesia.
On the same occasion, Irfant Rifani, Project Manager of DXI 2025, explained that this year's edition will come with new innovations such as preparing pre-event programs and main activities during exhibitions to increase the involvement of participants and visitors.

"We hope that DXI 2025 can attract more visitors and strengthen public interest in adventure tourism, as well as encourage the growth of related industries," added Irfant.
R. J Bondan Nurdiyanto, Advisor & Executive Secretary of the Association of Indonesian Tourism Companies (ASITA), stated that DXI 2025 is an important opportunity to introduce adventure tourism as a potential segment in the Indonesian tourism industry. He also emphasized that the trend of adventure tourism is increasingly in demand, especially among the younger generation.

In line with this, Martin Wetik, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Indonesian Submarine Tourism Business Association (PUWSI), highlighted the great potential for diving tourism in Indonesia. With extraordinary marine wealth, such as in Raja Ampat and Wakatobi, diving tourism is increasingly in demand by local and foreign tourists," he explained.
