Aminuddin Ma'ruf Former Special Staff Of Jokowi Who Became Deputy Minister Of SOEs In Prabowo Cabinet

The figure of Aminuddin Ma'ruf is in the public spotlight after he was appointed Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the Red and White Cabinet of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka government.

Aminuddin was elected deputy minister of BUMN along with two others, namely Kartika Wirjoatmodjo and Dony Oskaria.

Now, the Ministry of SOEs is led by one minister and three deputy ministers.

The man who was born in Karawang 38 years ago is the former Presidential Special Staff 7th Joko Widodo (Jokowi). He has served as the position since being appointed on November 21, 2019.

During his tenure as the Presidential Special Staff, Aminuddin carried out several programs including a company development project, digitizing the work of ulama, and a empowered sub-district program.

In October 2023, Aminuddin resigned from his position as Presidential Special Staff. The decision was motivated because he wanted to focus on supporting the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair in the 2024 presidential election.

Aminuddin joined the National Campaign Team (TKN), he was trusted as Deputy Secretary. Therefore, he decided to resign so that there would be no conflict of interest.

From studying, Amminudin received a bachelor's degree from the Jakarta State University (UNJ). Then, Aminuddin continued his education and managed to get a master's degree from Trisakti University.

Aminuddin Ma'ruf Wealth

Aminuddin Ma'ruf's own assets are not yet known for sure how much.

However, based on the State Officials Wealth Report (LHKPN) from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) periodic 2020, Aminuddin Ma'ruf's total wealth reached IDR 5.89 billion.

In detail, Aminuddin Ma'ruf is recorded as having assets in the form of 2 plots of land and buildings with a total value of IDR 2.14 billion spread across Karawang and South Jakarta.

Aminuddin also owns two vehicles with a total of IDR 470 million. Consisting of the 2015 Minubus and the 2019 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport car.

Still citing LHKPN, Aminuddin Ma'ruf also has other movable assets worth Rp473.6 million, cash and cash equivalents worth Rp764 million, other assets worth Rp2.07 billion with debt ownership of Rp40 million.
