The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has arrested three judges who acquitted Gregorius Ronald Tannur in the alleged murder case of his girlfriend, Dini Sera Afriyanti.
It is known that the three judges who handled the Ronald Tanur case were Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul, and Heru Hanindyo.
"Yes, the three judges who handled Ronald Tannur were secured," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar to VOI, Wednesday, October 23.
However, the basis for the arrest of the three judges has not been clearly conveyed.
It is only mentioned that the series of events until the three judges of the East Java District Court are secured will be delivered in the near future.
"It will be delivered at 7 o'clock, yes, it will be completed later," said Harli.
In the trial of the alleged murder of Dini Sera Afriyanti, the panel of judges chaired by Erintuah Damanik stated that Ronald Tannur was not legally and convincingly proven to have committed murder or persecution that resulted in the death toll.
