Sentenced To 1 Year's Sentence And IDR 500 Million Fine, Siskaeee: This Promise Is The Last Time

JAKARTA - The case of a porn film involving the Siskaeee celebrity finally reached the decision of the South Jakarta District Court judges.

In this trial, Siskaeee was found guilty and sentenced to 1 year in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million.

"The defendants were sentenced to 1 year in prison each," said Judge Sri Rejeki Marsinta at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 21.

Responding to this, Siskaeee admitted that he was involved in the production of pornographic films. He even promised to be more careful in choosing jobs.

"Kapok kapok kapok kapok, kapak banget, ini akan jadi yang terakhir kali dan semogakan next depannya Siska harus mencari tahu dulu sebelum memilih pekerjaan," ujar Siskaeee.

Siskaeee also admitted that she was touched because she saw that many parties were still supporting her in this case.

"Yes, I was touched, because I still got a lot of support systems from my media friends, friends behind the scenes, I was very touched because there were still many who defended Siska when no one else wanted to defend Siska," he said.

Previously, Siskaeee was arrested by the authorities after being found involved in making a porn film entitled Kramat Tunggak along with 11 other people.

Apart from Siskaeee, three defendants who played in pornographic films, namely Virly Virginia, Patra and Bima were also sentenced to 1 year in prison. Siskaeee et al were found guilty of violating Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
