JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto appointed Maman Abdurrahman to be Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Prior to becoming the Minister of MSMEs, Maman was the Deputy Chairman of Commission VII DPR RI in charge of energy, research and technology, and the environment.
Maman graduated from Trisakti University's Petroleum Engineering in 2000-2008.
The man who was born in Pontianak on September 10, 1980, has pursued a career as a Premier Oil Indonesia field engineer and business development manager of PT Luas Biru Utama.
Maman is a cadre of the Golkar Party and was an Expert at the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2018.

If detailed, Maman has 8 plots of land and buildings spread across South Tangerang, Pontianak to Kubu Raya with a total value of IDR 15.72 billion.
Maman is noted to have means of transportation in the form of Toyota Alphard in 2018 and Toyota Innova Venturer in 2020 worth IDR 1.22 billion.
