Apple Hasn't Fixed Bugs On IPhone 16 Pro And Pro Max
JAKARTA Apple has not addressed the bug in its latest high-end device, the iPhone 16 Pro. This was revealed because complaints about cellphones that were jammed or restarted randomly were still popping up.
This problem has been seen since iOS 18 was released, citing from Macrumors. A number of users on Reddit and Apple Support Community say that their iPhone often freezes while in use or experiences re-boots without being asked.
Apparently, this problem arises randomly. Sometimes, the device runs normally and there are no problems, but sometimes the opposite happens. The device can be slow or even stop when responding and do a re-boot while in Standby mode.
At the worst level, some users can crash 10 to 20 times a day. When a user tries not to reinstall from iCloud, the crash or re-boot problem is solved, but not all users can do it.
This is a serious problem for a number of iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max users so that bug fixes are eagerly awaited. However, until iOS 18.1 was released, affected users had not received a fix.
The iPhone 16 series was released last September and shortly after the launch, reports of the iPhone 16 Pro model experiencing the problem continued to emerge. When users try to switch to iOS 18.1 with Apple Intelligence updates, this problem has not been resolved.
With the emergence of handling solutions through iCloud, it is suspected that this bug originated from the cloud-based storage platform. Until now, it is not known when the problem fix on the iPhone 16 Pro will be handled by Apple.
