Murati has been working for more than six years to transform ChatGPT and DALL-E. The former OpenAI employee is also considered a key figure in the partnership between OpenAI and Microsoft, which is worth billions of dollars.

Therefore, Murati was very well known while working at OpenAI. In fact, his very prominent ability succeeded in making him an executive quickly. Murati joined OpenAI in June 2018 and was promoted as CTO in 2022.
