President Prabowo Subianto Announces Red And White Cabinet Arrangement, Inauguration Scheduled For Monday Morning

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto officially announced the names of ministers in his government cabinet named the Red and White Cabinet, on Sunday night at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta. The ministers are scheduled to be sworn in on Monday, October 21 at 10.00 WIB, and are expected to work immediately to run strategic government programs.

In this announcement, a number of national figures with various backgrounds are believed to occupy strategic positions in the cabinet. Budi Gunawan was announced as Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs, while Yusril Ihza Mahendra was trusted as Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections. Airlangga Hartarto again held an important role as Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs.

In the field of development, Pratikno was appointed as Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture, and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono will oversee infrastructure affairs as Coordinating Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Development.
