Who Is Abdul Kadir Karding Who Prabowo Trusts To Be The Minister Who Takes Care Of Indonesian Migrant Workers?
JAKARTA - Organization and the world of politics are not foreign to Abdul Kadir Karding. At a fairly young age, 26 years old, Karding has sat on the regional legislature seat and is trusted to serve as Chairman of Commission E of the Central Java DPRD.
In addition to regional legislature, Karding has also penetrated the center and has sat in several House of Representatives Commissions for assignments.
Starting from Commission III of the DPR RI in charge of law, human rights and security, Commission VIII regarding religion and social affairs, and Commission X in the fields of education, sports, and history.
During the administration of President Prabowo Subianto and his deputy Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Kadir Karding was trusted as one of the ministers in managing the placement of Indonesian migrant workers.
This is a new ministry previously the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI) with the status of a non-ministerial government agency.
The focus of this ministry is to strengthen protection for Indonesian migrant workers who are abroad.
Born in Donggala, Central Sulawesi, March 25, 1973, Abdul Kadir Karding entered formal education at SDN Ogoamas I elementary school, Sojol, Donggala, Central Sulawesi.
