Receiving 1000 Burial Flower Karangans, Agency Reveals Legal Efforts To Protect Seunghan And RIIZE
JAKARTA - SM Entertainment released a new statement regarding the legal remedies they will take to protect RIIZE and his former member, Seunghan.
On October 11, 2024, the agency announced that Seunghan would return to his activities with Seunghan starting next November. The announcement drew a negative response from local RIIZE fans so that they sent more than 1000 funeral wreaths to the agency's office.
Two days later, Seunghan stated that he left RIIZE after discussing with the agency. SM Entertainment also confirmed the news. This news indirectly had an impact on other RIIZE members.
"We want to provide news of legal action taken for rights violations to our artist RIIZE (Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee, Anton). We have compiled posts and comments including threats, insults, and comments regarding RIIZE members through fan reports and monitoring processes," SM Entertainment said on Thursday, October 17.
