Regarding E-Wallet Facilitation Of Online Gambling, Budi Arie: Yes, That's Oknum Lah
JAKARTA - Recently, the Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi gave a strong warning to five digital wallet or e-wallet service providers who facilitate online gambling transactions.
The five e-wallet companies are PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe (DANA), PT Visionet Internasional (OVO), PT Dompet Anak Bangsa (GoPay), PT Fintek Karya Nusantara (LinkAja), and PT Airpay International Indonesia (ShopeePay).
Responding to the warning, all e-wallet providers are committed to preventing online gambling practices by implementing several policies. Budi also welcomed the commitment.
Because according to Budi, the leak could have happened because it might be missing'. Budi also told e-wallet organizers to monitor his platform so as not to be used to transact online gambling in the future.

Meanwhile, Director General of Informatics Applications Kominfo Hokky Situngkir also appreciated the commitment of e-wallet providers in eradicating online gambling in Indonesia.
"There has been a reply and also a commitment. I think friends can also see how they have also stated and committed together with this online gambling," said Hokky at the same time.
