Voyage Resto & Bar And Bongiovi Collaboration Presents Indonesian - Italian Culinary Sensation

JAKARTA - The Voyage Resto & Bar, a fusion restaurant located at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta, inaugurated an exclusive fusion menu from collaboration with Bongiovi Dish Creations, which features a unique combination of Indonesian and Italian flavors. This collaboration presents an unforgettable culinary experience with authentic Bongiovi pasta sauce.

This fusion menu combines Indonesia's distinctive taste with Italian-style pasta sauce, offering a new sensation on the tongue of culinary connoisseurs. There are three variants of Bongiovi sauce used in this menu, namely Dad's Original, Marinara, and Arrabiata.

Bongiovi Dish Creations, known for its pasta sauce products, was created by John Bongiovi Sr., father of legendary musician Jon Bon Jovi. This sauce is known for its rich and flexible taste for various dishes.

Chef Suyi, Director of Kitchen of Vertu Harmoni Jakarta, expressed his pride for this collaboration.
