Polda Metro Explores Olla Ramlan's Report On Defamation
Polda Metro Jaya is investigating the public report of Olla Ramlan's figure regarding the alleged defamation case by a number of social media accounts.
"From sister OR, this reports that there have been defamation incidents through electronic media and or slander. The reported parties are the owner of the IG account and the TikTok account @contraflow.free and other accounts," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, Wednesday, October 16.
Ade Ary explained that the defamation incident occurred around October 11, 2024.
The victim saw posts on the TikTok and Instagram accounts @contraflow.free, in the post it is suspected that the victim committed defamation or slander against the victim. The victim also reported.
Olla's report is registered at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Polda Metro Jaya with the number LP/B/6234/XI/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated October 15, 2024.

"When making the report, the OR sister showed a screenshot shown on a paper with posts from her Instagram and TikTok accounts," said Ade Ary.
Olla reports with articles of Information and Electronic Transactions of Law Number 1/2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11/2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions as referred to in article 27A in conjunction with article 45A paragraph (4) and or article 311 of the Criminal Code.
