Honda Launches CB1000 Hornet Model 2025 In Europe, Here's The Advantage

JAKARTA - A well-known two-wheeled vehicle manufacturer from Japan, Honda introduced an update to the 2025 CB1000 Hornet model for the European market.

Launching from Motorcyclenews, Wednesday, October 16, the update includes the front lights of the LED projector, and there is a 5-inch full-color TFT screen featuring various real-time information about this vehicle and cellular connectivity.

In addition, Honda also offers a Quickshifter feature as part of one of the three accessories packages for the basic model variant.

Honda also promises sharp control on this bike with 17-inch rims inspired by Blade at both ends and there is a rack and trail tuned at 25 degrees, each with a wheelbase of 1,455 mm.

According to claims from the brand, the new framework for the CB1000 Hornet provides an increase in torque stiffness by 70 percent compared to the CB1000R, with the latest rubber engine mounts aimed at reducing vibrations when traveling.

Then, this motorbike also has a seating height of up to 809 mm with an elevated logger and flat bars so that the driving position becomes more sporty but still comfortable.

This one motorbike is supported by a standard suspension of inverse fork Showa 41 mm which can be adjusted for the subsidence of the precharge and compression. The back has a Showa monoshock which can also be adjusted and a 619.1 mm aluminum swingarm is installed.

To support the braking system, a four-piston Nissin front calyper was also presented with a radially installed 310 mm floating disk. The back has a 240 mm rotor with a smaller single piston timesper.

Honda also provides three driving modes that can be adjusted by drivers, such as Rain, Standard, and Sport. Also presented is an additional mode, namely User which can be personally arranged according to the driving characteristics of the user.

The CB1000 Hornet is equipped with a CBR1000RR Fireblade derivative engine of up to 112 kW at 11,000 rpm and 104 Nm at 9,000 rpm with short gear changes.

Meanwhile, Honda also provides the SP variant which is the highest variant in this series. The power is up to 115.6 kW and the torque is 107 Nm.

The 2025 CB1000 Hornet is offered with the color options for the Red Grand Prix, Mat Iridium Gray Metallic, and Pearl Glare White. Then, the SP variant is offered specifically for the Mat Ballistic Black Metallic color with gold accents on the fork and metallic rim.

Speaking of prices, this model is offered at prices ranging from 8,999 (Rp182.9 million) and SP variants worth 9,999 (Rp203.3 million).
