Chery Plans To Launch ICar 03 End Of 2024, As Well As Delivery Of First Unit
PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) has introduced iCar 03 at the GIIAS 2024 event last July.
The first electric offroad car from Chery is predicted to be officially launched this year as well as sent to consumers, as revealed by Zeng Shuo, Assistant President of CSI.
"It may be sent to consumers starting later this year," he said, when met in the Kelapa Gading area, Monday, October 14.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Sales Director of PT CSI Budi Darmawan. He said that hopefully the delivery of iCar 03 will be carried out in December.
He further said that the off-road electric car will be assembled locally in Indonesia, the same as several other Chery models.
"Hopefully the first shipment will be in December, and will have been produced at the Handal plant," said Budi.

In official specifications, it has not been disclosed for the electric car, it is only certain that it will be present in two variants, namely the Rear-Wheel Drive RWD and Four-Wheel Drive (4WD).
For the battery, Chery will use technology from CATL based on lithium iron phosphate, with a power capacity ranging from 50.63 kWh to 69.77 kWh. Interested in this one model?
