Address 2 Times Not Found, Venna Melinda Must Relist Divorce Lawsuit On Ferry Irawan

JAKARTA - Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan's divorce trial was held again after being postponed. In this second trial, Venna Melinda was seen present accompanied by her attorney, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno.

Sukrisno explained that the agenda for this trial was still looking for Ferry Irawan's home address after previously the address was not found.

"So it was still on the agenda to look for the address of the defendant and this is the second trial so we read out by the panel of judges that the address is indeed inappropriate," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday, October 14.

He explained that after applying for two different addresses, the panel of judges said that the two addresses were still not found.

Therefore, Venna will withdraw her divorce suit against Ferry Irawan and re-registered.

"So the first address is inappropriate, the second address is also inappropriate, so we are given a response that lita will revoke and in the near future we will re-registered again," he explained.

Sukrisno added, for the new lawsuit, Venna still asked that her demands be limited to divorce.

"So for the 3010 case, we will withdraw it and maybe after the determination is issued, we will re-register it with a new lawsuit and the agenda is still, so we just ask for a divorce," he explained.

He hopes that this week Venna Melinda's new divorce suit can be submitted back to the Religious Court.

"This week we will register it so that in the near future we will after the determination is issued. Maybe tomorrow the meeting will come out, so maybe tomorrow we will register it (the hidden lawsuit)," he said.
