Central Kalimantan is one of 37 provinces that held the election for governor and deputy governor in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections. Almost all regions, voter typology is filled by the majority of millennials and Gen Z. So the elected regional head is determined by Gen Z's choice and millennials," said Ari Junaedi, who is also a lecturer at the PDI-P Party School.

Ari added that the percentage of votes achieved by the pair Abdul Razak' Sri Suwanto with a'very far' distance showed the figure of Abdul Razak, who is a senior politician from the Golkar Party and West Kotawaringin Regent for the period 2000-2005 with his partner Sri Suwanto, who is an experienced bureaucrat in Central Kalimantan who is also the Chairman of the Kulowarga Association, Jowo or Pakuwojo, Central Kalimantan - the organization that houses Javanese people throughout Central Kalimantan.
