P Diddy's Sex Trade Case Trial Held In May 2025
JAKARTA - The case of sex trafficking involving rapper P Diddy or Sean Combs will be held on May 5, 2025. Judge Arum Subramanian announced the date on Thursday, October 10 and in accordance with Diddy's request.
P Diddy has been in prison since September 16 when he was arrested in New York for extortion, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He denied all these allegations.
On Thursday it was Diddy's first appearance at trial. The mother, Janice Combs was present at the trial with Diddy's children.
The day before, Diddy's attorney demanded guarantees that Diddy could be released before the trial. They also reported allegations that the government was working with the media to detain Diddy from a fair trial.
One of the points is when the CCTV video showing P Diddy's violence against his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura in 2016 leaked this year. Even though their case has found a point of agreement and they decided to make peace.

In addition, his attorney also accused P Diddy's children of being treated unpleasantly during the search process and deliberately being taken to an open area to be in the media spotlight.
P Didddy's attorney filed a legal action so that the court could consider the rejection of witnesses from the indictment related to cases involving his client.
Prosecutor Emily Johnson estimates that P Diddy's case could run for three weeks and the charges could change depending on the duration of the trial. Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, also filed a defense in the next week.
