Police Arrest Jambi Drug Network Boss

JAMBI - A joint team of Narcotics Ditipid Bareskrim Police Headquarters and the Jambi Police Narcotics Directorate arrested a woman with the initials H who is suspected of being the boss of a drug network in Jambi.

"It is true that on Wednesday (9/10) the joint team managed to secure the perpetrator named H in West Jakarta and currently the perpetrator is being investigated further regarding his involvement in the drug network in Jambi," said Head of Public Relations of the Jambi Police, Kombes Mulia Prianto, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, October 10.

In addition to H, four other perpetrators were also arrested who were considered as accomplices to the perpetrators, namely the initials C, CH, Y, and A.

The four perpetrators were arrested in Jambi and are now being taken to Jakarta for further investigation.

Mulia emphasized that the joint team would have carried out a series of intensive investigations before finally securing H, who is suspected of having an important role in drug trafficking activities in the Jambi area.

"In accordance with what was conveyed by the Jambi Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Rusdi Hartono that the Jambi Police will continue to be committed to always working together to eradicate drug crimes in order to create a security and security situation that is safe and comfortable for the community," said Mulia.
