BPH Migas And Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government Strengthen Solar And Pertalite Distribution Supervision
JAKARTA - The Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) and the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the provision, control and supervision of the distribution of JBT Solar and JBKP (Pertalite).
"After this document is signed by the Acting Governor of Southeast Sulawesi, it will then be discussed the JBT and JBKP distribution control and control programs by both parties," said Head of BPH Migas Erika Retnowati in a statement to the media, Tuesday, October 8.
Erika explained, in accordance with Article 21 of Presidential Regulation Number 191 of 2014 concerning Provision, Distribution and Retail Selling Price of Oil Fuel, that in supervising JBT and JBKP, BPH Migas can cooperate with relevant agencies and/or local governments.
"For this reason, BPH Migas requires support and cooperation in carrying out control, guidance and supervision in the distribution of JBT and JBKP to consumers in Southeast Sulawesi Province," continued Erika.
Erika hopes that this PKS can run smoothly, so that the supervision and control of JBT and JBKP on user consumers can be realized.
