Manage 310 Assets, LMAN Optimistic PNBP Achievements Until The End Of 2024 Reaches IDR 4.2 Trillion
JAKARTA The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) is optimistic that by the end of 2024 the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) will be worth IDR 4.2 trillion.
President Director of LMAN Basuki Purwadi said that his party is optimistic that by the end of 2024 the realization of PNBP will increase by IDR 1 trillion. As a result, the realization of PNBP will reach IDR 4.2 trillion
"I encourage all my friends at LMAN to at least in the next 3 months until the end of 2024 we can add optimistic gratitude up to Rp1 trillion. So for example, later the final achievement in 2024 can be approximately Rp4.2 trillion," he said in a media briefing at the LMAN Office, Monday, October 7.
According to Basuki, the realization of PNBP from early January to 4 October 2024 was IDR 3.2 trillion. Meanwhile, this realization has exceeded the 2024 PNBP target of IDR 1.98 trillion.
Basuki explained that the realization of PNBP consisted of an advisory realization of Rp1.3 billion, general property worth Rp690.53 billion, and treasury of Rp2,553 trillion.
"This year's LMAN performance from January 2024 to October 4, 2024, we have recorded PNBP worth IDR 3.2 trillion," he said.
Overall, from 2016 to 2024 the number of LMAN's managed assets reached 310 assets. This consists of two refineries, namely the Arun Refinery and the Badang Refinery as well as property assets.
"The number of managed assets reaches 310 assets consisting of 1 LNG Arun Refinery, 1 Badak LNG Refinery, 151 apartment units, 112 shophouses / warehouses. 1 building, 22 lands, and 9 houses," he said.

The total assets that have been optimized are 126 assets consisting of 54 apartment units and 72 assets in the form of non-inventory.
Meanwhile, the total assets ready to be marketed are 45 assets consisting of 33 apartment units and 12 non-partial units.
In addition, 44 units of assets are still in the construction process, in conditions as there are 3 units, and 93 units of pre-developing.
Basuki said that LMAN also recorded non-financial benefits of Rp72.6 billion from saving the ministry/institutional costs (K/L) which utilized LMAN's managed assets.
