Apple Will Stop Produce These Five Devices

JAKARTA Every time Apple launches a new device, the company will stop production on its old devices. This time, Apple will stop producing iPad and Mac lineups with older versions.

Reporting from 9to5mac, there are five devices whose production will be stopped after the October keynote is held. If production has been stopped, Apple only sells the remaining devices on the market. Here are some of the devices that will stop being produced.

MacBook Pro M3

Apple will launch the latest MacBook Pro with an M4 chip. This device comes in two sizes, 14 inches and 16 inches. With the birth of this new device, Apple will stop production from previous generation devices.

The MacBook Pro M3 was actually just released in October last year and is not old enough. However, according to tradition, the company will stop production for older devices so they can focus on the latest devices.

Mac Mini M2

Unlike the MacBook Pro M3, the Mac Mini M2 is almost two years old. This device was released in January last year with two chip models, namely the M2 and M2 Pro. In the near future, Apple will release the latest Mac Mini which is considered more sophisticated.

The latest Mac Mini will use the latest design, as well as the biggest design update in the last 14 years. The device will use an M4 chip screen, jumping over the chip from the previous generation.

10th Generation iPad

The next device that is expected to stop being produced is the 10th Generation iPad because the newer iPad model will be released. However, this news is not certain because some say that the basic model iPad will not be available.

If these rumors prove true, then the 10th Generation iPad may continue to be produced. However, if the 11th generation iPad is launched, Apple will definitely stop the production of the basic model iPad from the previous generation.

In addition to the three devices, Apple is believed to be discontinuing production of the iMac M3 Computer because the company will release the latest iMac model with the M4. The iPad Mini 6 will also stop being produced as Apple is expected to release the latest iPad Mini model.
