Coach Acungi Jempol Performance Isyana/Rinjani In Suhandinata Final

JAKARTA - Head of Women's Doubles Coach Pratama Enroe Suyanto gave a thumbs up for his stunning performance by his team Isyana Syahira Meida/Rinjani Kwinara Nastine when Indonesia faced China in the 2024 Suhandinata Cup final, Saturday, October 5.

Isyana/Rinjani contributed a total of 26 points from two matches.

The points achieved led the Red-White Muda to successfully bring home the highest supremacy of international junior-level badminton championships.

"Praise God, Isyana/Rinjani can present something extraordinary today. I am proud," Enroe said as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, October 6.

"This is completely unexpected. I really hope they can go all out in this match but don't expect them to perform better than I expected. My appreciation for them," he continued.

Enroe admitted that he only reminded him to play casually and without a burden.

"I just remind them that with this short game, the most important thing is mental and mindset," explained Enroe.

He said that Isyana/Rinjani's opponent was an Asian champion who was supported by all arenas.

"As the host, you have to be calm and relaxed. That's all," he said.

Enroe hopes that Isyana/Rinjani's positive trend can be maintained to individual numbers.

The experience here is certainly a provision for individuals. I hope they can maintain this positive trend," said Enroe.
