He said the application file was declared revoked after going through trial because at the trial the attorney submitted the revocation power of attorney to the pretrial single judge and attended by the respondent.
After receiving the revocation power of attorney, the judge will ask the respondent whether he accepts or refuses.
"We filed a pretrial, then we revoked it, so there must be an acc (approval) from the respondent and the judge. If it has been applied to, then the acchakim can be immediately revoked," he said.
Christopher admitted that he did not know the reason for his client's withdrawal of the pretrial application. The power of attorney to revoke it was written by each respondent and given to the attorney.
