Andrew Garfield Responds To Rumors La La Land Inspired By Relations With Emma Stone
JAKARTA - Andrew Garfield spoke about rumors circulating among film fans some time ago. Reportedly, the film La La Land was inspired by the story of his relationship with Emma Stone.
The two began dating after starring in the film The Amazing Spider-Man but the relationship ended in 2015. A year later, the film La La La Land, which was made by Damien Chazelle, was shown in theaters.
"I think people need something for them to believe," Andrew Garfield told Esquire.
La La Land is a musical romance film that tells the story of Mia (Emma Stone) who falls in love with Sebastian (Ryan Gosling) as they build a career in Los Angeles. The film ends with Mia with someone else while Sebastian is alone.

Furthermore, Andrew Garfield insists he will not talk about his relationship as before. The La La Land film won six of the 89th Oscar awards in 2017.
"Besides, I will not and will never speak or confirm or deny anything about my personal life with anyone, it will not," he said again.
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone remain good friends even though they have broken up. Since then, Garfield has also changed partners. He was dating Alyssa Miller and was recently reportedly close to Kate Tomas when she was inwastance.
Like the story of La La Land, Emma Stone is married to comedian Dave McCary in 2020 and has a daughter.
