Cause Of Rich Homie Quan's Death Revealed After A Month

The cause of Rich Homie Quan's death on September 5, was finally officially revealed to the public. The rapper from the United States is said to have died from an accidental drug overdose.

Launching PEOPLE, a report from the Fulton County Medical Audit Office on Tuesday, October 1, stated that drugs were found in the rapper's bodies, including fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, promethazine, and THC.

The report also said the deceased showed no signs of trauma when his body was found and examined. Therefore, his death was designated an accident.

Previously, it was reported that the singer of "Type of Way" had undergone an autopsy the day after his death.

At that time, the medical examiner's office said the cause and manner of Rich Homie's death was still awaiting laboratory studies and microscopic testing of network slides.

It is known that rapper's brother with the real name Dequantestentay Lamar told police he woke up at three in the morning on the day of his brother's death, and saw the 34-year-old rapper asleep on the floor near the kitchen with food in his mouth.

He called what he saw very unusual. Then, he lifted the application from the floor and placed it on the sofa.

A woman also called the police at 11am, after seeing Lamar's body cool and not breathing. He told officers that he saw the rapper on the sofa that morning, assuming he was sleeping.

Rapper, who is the father of five children, was buried in Georgia on September 17, with the final tribute ceremony. The fans were invited, and the show was broadcast live on its official website.
