Enter Comedy Elements In Anyar MV, 'There's No Right Time For Bad News'

JAKARTA - The Magic Contest made an interesting approach in the release of their new single, There's No Right Time For Bad News. Music videos with a touch of comedy were presented to complement the series of the latest eras of the Magic Competition that are trying to be more'reflective' than'sarkastic'.

Natasha et al invite Adri Imad Khadifa 'Tolecobra' from Bujang Rimba as the main character. The concept of the music video itself tells the story of a man who gets bad luck in things he does in his daily life.

They entrusted this project to director Habille Elgieano. Meanwhile, this MV cinematography was worked on by Haikal 'Stone' and Assa D Buana with Made Platina Sanjaya as the Image Editor.

"It seems like from the start it was selected naturally by all parties because the basis of this song Magic Competition is trying to address bad luck with a 'chain' approach, that if it appears then it's no other way to respond to it other than being swallowed and moved on," said the Magic Contest in a written broadcast.

"We don't want to pack this song to be too serious maybe because there is a thought when writing that if the unfortunate thing is taken too seriously, it will really be big and significant," he continued.

Through this work, Lomba Sihir reveals the idea of a cardinal to convey to their listeners. They hope that the music video of this song can entertain music lovers in Indonesia.

"In essence, music, art and all forms of its derivative are also part of entertainment, so maybe there is no other intention than to entertain friends who watch this video music, this time with a comedy approach. Hopefully, it will be pleasing to all listeners and viewers," concluded the Magic Competition.

The latest music video from the Magic Competition from the single 'No Time Right for Bad News' can now be watched on the official Youtube channel from the Magic Competition.
