Dozens Of Gangsters In Semarang Claim To Disband
A total of 19 gangster groups in the city of Semarang declared the disbandment of the group which has recently caused unrest for people in the capital city of Central Java.
Dozens of gangsters in a declaration at the Semarang City Resort Police Headquarters (Polrestabes), Tuesday, October 1, declared their disbandment and halted all forms of disturbing and disturbing gangster activity.
In addition, the gangster members also apologized to all the people of Semarang City for the negative impacts caused.
The disbandment also symbolically handed over the t-shirts and flags belonging to members of the gangster to the Semarang Police Chief Kombes Irwan Anwar.
The police chief said the gangster phenomenon in the city of Semarang was a form of juvenile delinquency that caused unrest in the community.
These disturbing obstacles forced the police to take firm legal action.
"Regarding this phenomenon, we hope for the role of families, the environment, schools, and other stakeholders to participate in fostering and preventing," he said.

Irwan said the police would continue to monitor the gangsters who had declared their disbandment.
Meanwhile, for other groups that have not disbanded, the Head of the Polrestabes will take an approach through the surrounding environment to immediately disperse.
