Sad News, Star Of The Glory, Park Ji A Dies 52 Years Old

JAKARTA - Sad news came from veteran actor, Park Ji A. He was announced dead on Monday, September 30 in South Korea.

A close relative of the actor said 'Park Ji A had an infark stroke and tried to deal with it in the hospital, but he did not recover and died.'

Hours later, the news was confirmed by BILLIONS as his agency. They confirmed the sad news of The Glory star.

"We want to convey the sad news. Park Ji A died today (September 30) at 2.50 KST after fighting an infark stroke. He is 52 years old," the agency said.

The funeral will be held on October 2, 2024 and the bodies will be buried at the Asan Medical Center for family and relatives.

BILLIONS will remember his passion for acting forever until the end. Once again, we express our condolences for his passing and hope he rests in peace," concluded the agency.

Park Ji A debuted in 2022 with the film The Coast Guard. He attended the Seoul Institute of Arts and graduated in theater.

He plays many supporting characters in a number of films and series, including Cleaning Up, Bloody Heart, and others. Park Ji A stole the show after playing Jung Mi Hee, the mother of Moon Dong Eun, played by Song Hye Kyo in The Glory series.

He last acted through the drama Strong Girl Namsoon and the 1971 film Hijack became his last film.
