Giring Ganesha Rindukan Atmospheric Performing At The Big Music Festival

JAKARTA - Giring Ganesha has established himself to return to music as a soloist. The former Nidji vocalist has released an extended play (EP) with the title "Serigala", and plans to release his first full album next year.

Returning to the music world that has made her name, Giring admits that he misses appearing on the big stage with thousands of viewers.

Especially since he resigned from Nidji and decided to enter the world of practical politics, the country's performance industry has become more active. At least in the last three years, so many music festivals have been able to present tens of thousands of music lovers, and local musicians have received a large portion.

"Ah, that's him. I miss him (playing at a music festival), he really misses it," Giring Ganesha told the media crew in Kuningan, South Jakarta recently.

Given that only three songs have been released, Giring is trying to be realistic. Instead of immediately targeting a big music festival, the 41-year-old singer chose to hold a single concert first.

"In the future, I plan to make a concert that is more thematic in nature first. Next year is the tour," he said.

However, Giring wanted to start from scratch, he wanted to process. He plans to hold a small-scale concert, which is expected to get bigger.

"I believe in the process. So it's not immediately big, starting from small ones, thousand to two thousand. Only eight thousand. Later it will increase by ten to fifty thousand," said Giring.

"So, I also have high patience, I don't want to rush," he said.
