Jay-Z and Beyonce Likely to Face Investigation in P Diddy Sex Trafficking Case

JAKARTA - The P. Diddy fraud, drug and sex trafficking case is still ongoing. Several big names are reportedly going to be questioned as witnesses, including Beyonce and Jay-Z.

The diva couple and top producer are known to be quite close to P Diddy. They are strongly suspected of being involved in several Freak Off events, sex and drug parties that Sean Combs is accused of.

According to an expert report published in the Mirror on September 20, there is a possibility that Jay-Z and Queen B will be questioned by the authorities. However, there are legal steps that can be taken to avoid doing so.

"Jay-Z and other celebrities could be called, but they will almost certainly assert their Fifth Amendment privilege not to incriminate themselves and refuse to testify," said Neama Rahmani, a former prosecutor in a statement.

"People who engage in sex acts should be extra vigilant because they can also be charged with sex trafficking or prostitution, depending on whether they use threats or violence against the victim," the expert explained.

Neama added that if new facts and evidence are found that incriminate him, Jay Z could face serious charges.

"If Jay-Z was just a witness who was not involved in the sex act, he might be called to testify at trial. But I don't think he would be called if he was involved. He would either be charged or he wouldn't be called to testify. If you're a prosecutor, you don't want a witness who is involved in criminal activity but gets a pass."
