JAKARTA - The case of fraud, narcotics and sex trafficking of P Diddy is still rolling. A number of big names are reported to be questioned as witnesses, including Beyonce and Jay Z.
The diva couple and top producer are known to be quite close to P Diddy. They are strongly suspected of being involved in several events oftensive Off, sex parties and narcotics alleged against Sean Combs.
According to a report by an expert published in the Mirror on September 20, it is possible that Jay Z and Queen B will be questioned by the authorities. However, there are legal steps that can be taken not to do so.
"Jay-Z and other celebrities can be called in, but they will almost certainly assert their Fifth Amendment privilege not to burden themselves and refuse to testify," said Neama Rahmani, a former prosecutor in the statement.
"People involved in sex acts must be more vigilant because they can also be charged with sex trafficking or prostitution, depending on whether they use threats or violence against victims," the expert explained.
Neama added, If new facts and evidence were found that were burdensome, Jay Z could be charged with serious charges.
"If Jay-Z is just a witness who is not involved in sex, he may be called to testify at trial. However, I don't think he will be summoned if he is involved. He will be charged or will not be called to testify. If you are a prosecutor, you don't want witnesses involved in criminal activities but get permission."
