Mother Is Ready To Be A Witness, Kimberly Border Disappointed Divorce Trial Must Be Postponed

JAKARTA - The divorce trial for the couple Kimberly Border and Edward Akbar was again held with the agenda of witnesses from the plaintiff alias KimberlyRIDer.

Unfortunately, the trial had to be postponed because Edward Akbar's side was not ready with the evidence of the exception.

"The defendant argued the exception, that the exception, relative competence that Central Jakarta PA is not authorized, but when asked by the judge for evidence, it turned out that the defendant was not ready to file evidence of exception against the South Jakarta PA should not have heard this divorce lawsuit," said Machi Ahmad as KimberlyRIDer's attorney at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, September 25.

For this incident, Kimberly admitted that they were disappointed because they were ready to bring witnesses and evidence.

"We have included 2 witnesses earlier, from the plaintiff's mother and there are other witnesses. But because the judge asked, because the defendant made an exception to the relative authority of the Central Jakarta PA, when asked the evidence was not ready, so we are not ready to argue. Finally, the trial was postponed until October 2", said Machi.

Furthermore, Kimberly tried to explain the reason she made her mother, Irvina Zainal, a witness at her divorce trial.

He felt that his mother also understood the problems in his household with Edward so far.

"Yes, I know there are some that he knows. And it will be opened as evidence only. Disappointed, really, today we are ready with everything, we have brought witnesses and evidence. Yes, it will take longer to postpone," he concluded.
