Ridwan Kamil Hopes That The Rp200 Million Budget Per RW Can Overcome Poverty In Jakarta
JAKARTA - Candidate for governor of DKI number one, Ridwan Kamil (RK) hopes that the budget of up to Rp. 200 million for each RW can overcome the poverty that exists in Jakarta.
"We present a program that I said was Rp. 200 million per RW," said Ridwan Kamil when met at the Karet Bivak TPU, Central Jakarta, Antara, Wednesday, September 25.
Ridwan conveyed this after a pilgrimage to five graves of national figures such as MH Thamrin, Ismail Marzuki, Benjamin Sueb, Haji Lulung, and Fatmawati. This program is also to answer concerns from the Urban Poor Network.
He said that later every RT and RW who want to work extraordinarily will have their income increased. Then, his party will also arrange the strengthening for the arrangement of the area in Jakarta.
"Our strength is arranged, it doesn't always have to be moved," he said.
He emphasized that it is the duty of a leader to love his people, especially the poor.
Moreover, the budget program of up to Rp. 200 million was inspired during the leadership, namely as many as 30,000 poor people were able to get business assistance from Rp. 500 thousand to Rp. 10 million.
Therefore, he is optimistic that the program he offers will be able to overcome the poverty and economic problems in Jakarta.
"So, that is our love for the citizens that we must protect the most as leaders, namely the lower middle class," he said.
Previously, Ridwan Kamil had said that the RIDO pair would prepare a budget of Rp. 100 million-Rp. 200 million per year which would be managed for RW.
The idea was proposed so that each RW can innovate in carrying out structuring in their respective regions.
