Officially Divorced, Child Custody Becomes A Joint Agreement With Sarwendah And Ruben Onsu
JAKARTA - Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Tumpanuli Marbun explained the fate of the three children of the couple Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu who had been divorced.
Tumpanuli said that from the start until the divorce decision, Ruben Onsu did not sue regarding the support and custody of his three children.
"Nothing. Regarding the issue of property custody, it's not like this because it has never been mentioned or requested before. So the panel of judges did not consider this," explained Tumpanuli Marbun at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, September 24.
Therefore, the panel of judges returned the matter to Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah for the fate of their children.
However, Tumpanuli said that currently the three children are with their mothers. "Yes, now it depends on who, the child now.

Previously, Sarwendah's attorney, Chris Sam Siwu, explained that his children, clients and Ruben Onsu agreed to be cared for together.
"If it's a problem for children, we can see that both of them are still committed, still compact in taking care of children. This means that there is no problem with children," he explained.
"Because children are still underage, children are with mothers. But whenever his father wants to meet he is welcome, there are no obstacles," he added.
