"If the assumption is that 40 thousand jobs employ a minimum of 5 people, so the problem of 200 thousand people going to Jakarta to find work is finished," said Atang.
For residents of Bogor City who do not like office work but prefer non-formal, Atang Anida initiated the Bogor Creative Economy, namely startup grants with a value of IDR 10 billion per year and 10 Creative Hubs and Co-Working Space.
The grant program, said Atang, aims to encourage the emergence of more startups in Bogor City, which in turn will create new jobs, encourage local economic growth, and make Bogor the center of innovation and superior technology in Indonesia.
Third, the idea of the MSME Room is to turn into a commercial area to encourage local economic growth. With the arrangement of strategic commercial areas in public locations, this initiative aims to create a friendly environment for local entrepreneurs.
"We create adequate infrastructure and high accessibility. The MSME space is a bridge between tradition and modernity, between business actors and consumers," said Atang.
