Tasikmalaya Police Reveals Case Of Finding Woman's Body In Sack
TASIKMALAYA - Tasikmalaya Resort Police revealed the case of finding the body of a woman in a sack on the Tasikmalaya river, West Java, with a single suspect who was arrested in Pasuruan, East Java after five days of chase.
"Alhamdulillah, the prayers of all parties, and the hard work of the members, the perpetrators who had fled we arrested," said Head of the Tasikmalaya Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP Ridwan Budirta, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, September 20.
He said the police received reports from the public that the body of a woman in a sack was found in the Cipinaha River, Jatiwaras District, Tasikmalaya Regency, Sunday (15/9).
Furthermore, the police conducted a crime scene for the purposes of investigating the murder of a 70-year-old woman known as a resident of Cihideng, Tasikmalaya.
Based on the results of the investigation, he said, finally the Tasikmalaya Police team together with the West Java Regional Police succeeded in uncovering the murder case, and the perpetrators had been arrested at his parents' house in Pasuruan, East Java.

"That's right, we have arrested the perpetrators of the murder of a woman's corpse in a sack," he said.
Based on the results of the examination, the perpetrators of the murder were only one or one person, starting from carrying out the execution to throwing it into the river.
"From the clues and facts we have obtained, the perpetrator is the sole perpetrator," he said.
"The motive for the perpetrator's heinous act is still under investigation, the identity of the perpetrator will also be conveyed when it is released," he said.
