Andien Presents Nostalgia With Old Songs At Partypora 2024
JAKARTA - Andien participated in enlivening the first day of the 2024 Pestipora which was held at Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on Friday, September 20 evening. The 39-year-old singer appeared at the Sat Set Stage which is located right across from the main stage.
Andien's old songs include Gemintang and Milikmu Always, from the album Gemintang which was released in 2005, made the audience unable to refrain from singing together.
"I see a lot of male audiences here, come on, don't be shy singing," Andien said while performing the song Gentang.
Wanting to see the audience closer, Andien decided to get off the stage and stand on the guardrail between the stage and the audience.
"I guess I want to go down. We'll sing together," said Andien.
The jazz singer, who had debuted at the age of 15, gave the microphone to the audience, letting them sing along the chorus of the song Gemintang.
In addition to the two songs above, Andien also performed other hit songs throughout his 24 years of music career.
Apart from Andien, the first day of the 2024 Party also presented Tulus, Maliq & D Essentials, Padi Reborn, Slank, Hindia, Ari Lasso, NTRL, The Jansen, Seringai, Last Child, Boomerang, Pee Wee Gaskins, D'Masiv, and many more.
This annual music festival also presents an unprecedented figure. The sixth President of Indonesia, Susilo Bambamg Yudhoyono, appeared on the main stage of the Pestopora Stage.
The 2024 Party will also continue by presenting other musicians until Sunday, September 22.
