Many People Amazed To See Anthony Joshua Practice To Face Daniel Dubois

JAKARTA - Promoter Eddie Hearn gave an implied message to Daniel Dubois that Anthony Joshua was very scary.

The statement came after Hearn watched Joshua train. He revealed that the 34-year-old boxer's blow was like a car that hit the wall at a speed of 100 mph or 160 km per hour.

Eddie Hearn further said Joshua had returned to his best form and could be unbeaten under the guidance of his new coaching team.

"When he really understood the game plans and when it was really trained, I thought he was unbeaten. That's how we feel right now," Hearn told Sky Sports.

"With all due respect to Dubois, who is a dangerous person, he made a mistake. Joshua is not a fighter who is difficult to train."

"What he has, he is very strong in hitting. I think the momentum of AJ's victory in style will take him to 2025 which can be a defining moment in his career," Hearn said again.

Not only Hearn, the former super middleweight world champion, Billy Joe Saunders, was also amazed when he saw Joshua practice firsthand.

"I recently watched AJ train up close at Ben Davison's camp. I occasionally stop by there just to see him."

"I watched AJ. In my opinion, he has a new life. He looks like he is reborn, he believes."

"In my opinion, he will be a very, very dangerous opponent for anyone in the heavyweight division."

"Witing him hitting the right hand up close was scary. His strength was scary like a car that was driving 100 mph against the wall. He hit the bearing very strongly," Saunders told BoxNation.

Gadel, who also praised Dubois' improvement under the command of veteran Don Charles, did not see a way for this fight to take a long time.

In other words, Saunders tried to see objectively from the training of the two boxers. He emphasized that the fight would not last until the final round, aka someone who was knockout in the middle of the road.

"Someone will be eliminated. This clearly won't last long, someone will definitely be eliminated."

Joshua will challenge Dubois' IBF title on September 21, 2024 at Wembley in his fourth fight with coach Ben Davison.

He has just won two brutal knockout wins over Otto Wallin and former UFC champion Francis Ngannou, in March 2024.

If he wins against Dubois, Joshua is predicted to face the biggest fight against Tyson Fury, a duel boxing fans have been waiting for in the world.
