South Jakarta Police Secures 19 Perpetrators Of Robbery And Persecution In 14 Days
A total of 19 perpetrators were arrested by the South Jakarta Metro Police on suspicion of theft of motorbikes, persecution, and embezzlement. It was recorded that they were arrested during the implementation of Operation Brush Jaya which lasted for 14 days.
"The number of cases is 13 with a total of 19 suspects," said Gogo at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday, September 20.
Tebet Police are the most in case disclosure during Operation Brush Jaya 2024, which is four cases. Two of them are motorcycle theft (curanmor).
"There are four crime scenes of motorcycle theft in South Jakarta. Two cases in Tebet, and one each in Kebayoran Lama and Jagakarsa," said Gogo.

Meanwhile, there was one suspect who was charged with the Emergency Law (UU) because he was caught carrying a sharp weapon. The suspect was arrested by the Kebayoran Baru Police.
The evidence that was secured during Operation Brush Jaya 2024 includes four motorbikes, 10 mobile phones, two CCTV units, one sharp weapon, and Rp 3 million in cash.
"A total of 19 suspects have been detained, some have been transferred to stage 2. There are no fatalities," said Gogo.
