Indonesian Laptop Manufacturer, Zyrex Took The Stock Floor On The IDX

JAKARTA - PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk has started to open an IPO on the IDX. The laptop vendor from Indonesia uses the ZYRX stock code. Zyrex is listed as the eleventh company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange this year.

The company sold 333.33 million shares and they are also eyeing the funds amounting to IDR 83.33 billion through its initial share offering. The price per share is priced at IDR 250, as reported by Kontan.

For information, PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana was founded on May 14, 1996, and was founded by Timothy Siddik. The company is engaged in computers and is one of the leading companies in Indonesia.

Not only that, but the company also issued 166.66 million Series 1 Warrants worth IDR 750. This amount is equivalent to 16.67 percent of the total paid-up shares during the IPO registration. A number of registered shareholders will receive Series I Warrants as a form of incentives.

In the future, holders of the two new shares will receive 1 Series I Warrant which will allow these shareholders to purchase shares of companies that have been released by portfolios.

The application of Series I Warrants will take place starting March 30, 2021, and will end on March 30, 2023. The IPO itself has been going on from March 19 to March 24. The laptop vendor Zyrex also opened a 9.99 million Employee Stock Allocation Program, which is equivalent to 3 percent of the total issued shares.

In the initial public offering, PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana partnered with two other national companies that functioned as underwriters. The company collaborates with PT BNI Sekuritas and MT Mitrae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia.
