Xpeng Pamer Model P7+, Future Electric Car With Autonomous Steering System Like Tesla FSD
JAKARTA - Electric car manufacturers from China continue to present the latest innovations, and Xpeng is one of the most productive, especially in the field of technology. This manufacturer has again attracted attention by introducing Xpeng P7+, the next generation of P7i, which is exhibited directly to the public in a special moment.
A few months earlier, Xpeng had released an official image of P7+, and recently the car was exhibited directly by Xpeng CEO He Xiaopeng at the 2024 Apsara Conference in Hangzhou.
According to Carnewschina, Thursday, September 19, although Xpeng P7+ is still covered with camouflage, the sporty design in the style of a coup is clearly visible. Its aerodynamic shape is expected to reduce air drag, providing more optimal performance.
One of the interesting features is the unique "C"-shaped backlight, providing higher visibility and futuristic display. The camera is hidden inside the back light, and the small spoiler on the back adds to the sporty impression.

Dimension Xpeng P7+ also undergoes major changes. The model will have a length of 5056 mm, a width of 1937 mm, a height of 1512 mm, and a wheelbase of 3000 mm, providing a larger and more stable look. The car is expected to be built on the SEPA 2.0 Xpeng platform, which offers better efficiency and flexibility.
One of the surprises from P7+ is the absence of LiDAR. The safety system and driving assistance depend entirely on the camera, similar to Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology.
Although the full specifications have not been announced, Xpeng P7+ will use Eve Power's lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. This car is planned to launch in the fourth quarter of 2024.
