Coal Issuer Owned By Conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu, CUAN Gets IDR 700 Billion Loan From Bank Mandiri

JAKARTA - PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) received a maximum loan or loan facility of IDR 700 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).

Cuan's Corporate Secretary, Robertus Maylando Siahaya, said that the signing of the credit facility agreement between the Coal Issuer owned by Prajogo Pangestu and Bank Mandiri took place on September 13, 2024.

"Based on the Facility Agreement, the Company has obtained a credit facility with a maximum facility value of IDR 700 billion," he quoted his statement at the information disclosure, Wednesday, September 18.

The loan will mature on September 12, 2029. All loans obtained by the Company will be used to finance the Company's cash flow gap.

The loan from Bank Mandiri has led to an increase in the Company's financial obligations. In addition, it will also help the company in financing other business activities.

As is known, until the trading session I 18 September, the share price of CUAN was at the level of IDR 8,900 per share. As for the 52-week movement, the highest CUAN share price was IDR 13,750 and the lowest was IDR 2,320.
