Winning The First Grammys, Flowers Bears Claims For Miley Cyrus
JAKARTA - Miley Cyrus is facing demands for her song that exploded on the market nicknamed Flowers. The claim was filed by Tempo Music Investments, a company that has a license of some of Bruno Mars' musical works.
It's no secret that Flowers was inspired by Bruno's song When I Was Your Man. Miley's work is the answer to the song by conveying it from the woman's side.
After a long time without a problem, the demands only surfaced on Monday, September 16 yesterday. They believe the song Flowers exploits several parts of the song Bruno Mars.
"It is undeniable based on the combination and the many similarities between the two recordings, that 'Flowers' will not exist without When I Was Your Man', the statement reads.

The reporter will sue Miley and several related parties a maximum of USD 150 thousand per violation, or around Rp. 2.3 billion. This figure can swell if there are several violations that have been proven in court.
