Coordinating Minister For Human Development And Culture Says Penajam Paser Children Must Be Planted With Pancasila Values Because Of The Main Supporting Of IKN
JAKARTA - Students in North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan are important to instill values of Pancasila. This is because they are the main buffer for the capital city of the archipelago (IKN).
Coordinating Minister for Human Empowerment and Culture (PMK), Muhadjir Effendy emphasized that planting the values of Pancasila for students in North Penajam Paser Regency will later serve as a model for other regions.
According to him, North Penajam Paser Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency as the main buffer areas for IKN, must prepare human resources (HR) that have competitiveness.
"The two main supporting districts of IKN must prepare human resources from all sides of the vocational skills needed by IKN. The characteristics of children must also be prepared for the IKN songongsong, the human resources of the two districts are expected to be the backbone of IKN," he explained quoting Antara.
Muhadjir Effendy gave his appreciation to the North Penajam Paser Regency Government, collaborating with the Pancasila Laboratory School Education Foundation to implement the Pancasila laboratory program in schools in the area nicknamed Benuo Taka.

According to the Regional Secretary of the North Penajam Paser Regency Government, Tohar, the preparation of quality human resources to welcome IKN is the responsibility of the district government, but there must also be the role of the central government.
"The role of the central government is to support the improvement of education infrastructure in North Penajam Paser Regency," he said.
"Improving human resources is a job that is not light, therefore the district government also needs collaboration with the central government for programs related to the preparation of human resources," said Tohar.
