Witness to Indomaret Employee Stabbing Deliberately Closed Rolling Door to Trap Perpetrator Inside
JAKARTA - SJ (23) an Indomaret Pecenongan employee, Gambir, Central Jakarta, who had the heart to kill his colleague Sandy Yogatama alias SY (21), could only surrender and regret his actions at the Gambir Metro Police.
At reporters and police SJ apologized to the victim's family for his actions. SJ admitted that he did not intend to kill Sandy. He said he was only emotional about what the victim said.
The purpose of SJ coming to Indomaret Pecenongan was not to stab Sandy. Instead, he took items that had been left behind after the transfer of work at North Jakarta Indomaret, since September 1 last.
"Tuesday morning, September 9, the perpetrator SJ intended to go to the TKP (Indomaret Pecenongan) to retrieve some of the items left behind there," said Gambir Metro Police Chief, Kompol Jamalinus Nababan when confirmed, Thursday, September 12.
Next, the perpetrator SJ met the victim SY. Then there was a conversation between the two.
"There was a conversation that according to the perpetrator was not wearing a heart. Then the perpetrator in that place stabbed the victim because of the emotions and frustration of the perpetrator," he said.
SY died with 7 stab wounds of a knife that the perpetrator injured. Many wounds left Sandy dead at the scene.
"The perpetrator knew that there was a knife used by the employee there, so he took a knife and did it," he said.
