Holds Plenary Meeting, Bogor City DPRD Proposes Definitive Chair
BOGOR - Bogor City DPRD held an internal plenary meeting with the agenda of announcing a candidate for the definitive leadership of the Bogor City DPRD, Wednesday, September 11.
In the plenary meeting, the interim leader of the Bogor City DPRD, Adityawarman Adil, read out the Decree of the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) which proposed Adityawarman Adil to be the definitive Chair of the Bogor City DPRD and the decision letter of the Golkar Party DPP (Golkar) which proposed M. Rusli Prihatvy to become the definitive Deputy Chair of the Bogor City DPRD.
"In accordance with the provisions of the Bogor City DPRD Regulation Number 2 of 2019 concerning the Order of the Regional House of Representatives, especially Article 76 paragraph (1), which states that political parties that have the right to fill the chair of the DPRD leadership, convey the candidate for leadership of the DPRD to be announced and determined at the DPRD Plenary Meeting as a candidate for DPRD leadership," said Adit.
After submitting the proposal, Adit and Rusli signed a plenary report which would later be proposed to the West Java Provincial Government so that they could immediately get the West Java Governor's decision and determine the definitive leadership of the Bogor City DPRD.
"For the positions of Deputy Chair II and Deputy Chair III, we are still waiting for a decree from the Gerindra Party and the PDI-P Party. If the two letters are already there, we will immediately propose them," he concluded.
At the same location, Deputy Chairperson of the Bogor City DPRD, M. Rusli Prihatevy said that after conveying the definitive leadership candidates, the discussion of Council Apparatus (AKD) and the determination of the new certificate will be carried out in parallel.

"Of course we want to immediately carry out our duties so that we can continue to oversee the aspirations of the community and oversee the running of the government. For this reason, we will discuss AKD and Tatib as well and it is expected that it will be completed in the near future," he concluded.
